The owner of the online store anuaed.ee/e-pood (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is AKTara Maastikud OÜ. The online store sells plants and flower bulbs.Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The Online Store has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms by publishing new terms at the internet address Terms of sale and returns
If the customer places an order before the terms are changed, the terms in force at the time of placing the order apply to the buyer.
Plants and flower bulbs can be ordered from the online store all year round, but the delivery of the goods takes place according to the delivery time specific to the type of product (information about the delivery time is in the product description).
The prices of the plants and flower bulbs sold in the online store can be found next to the products. All prices are in euros. A fee for delivering the goods is added to the price, which depends on the buyer's location and method of delivery. The delivery fee is stated on the invoice, as it always depends on the delivery options of the selected item.

Ordering and delivery
Once you have selected the desired products, add them to the shopping cart.
All photos on the website are the property of the Website and their use without written permission is prohibited. The photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
To place an order, please fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the products.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed on the invoice. Please ensure that the phone number and email address are entered correctly, as this determines the speed of delivery of the shipment, which is crucial for plants and flower bulbs. If the data is provided incorrectly, the seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from this.
If you want to use the Omniva parcel machine, select the location of the parcel machine from the drop-down menu where you want to receive the package. In the case of courier service, use the address where you can most reliably be reached. You can also pick up the plants yourself when the goods are complete and ready for delivery.
We will send you the order transfer invoice by email. If the invoice has not arrived in your mailbox, check your spam.
You have 5 days to pay the invoice. If you have not paid the purchase amount within the specified time, we will cancel the order.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to the end of the goods or for another reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The contract comes into force when the amount indicated on the invoice is received in the Online Store's bank account.
After paying the transfer invoice, we will send you a confirmation letter about the receipt of the amount. We process orders after payment of the invoice and according to the delivery time of the goods indicated with the product. We send the plants when they have reached their commercial appearance and during the planting season (from May to October).We send the flower bulbs according to the delivery time indicated with the product.
We pack the goods as compactly as possible; upon agreement with the customer, we can send the plants without planting pots to reduce plastic pollution.
We send out courier packages of plants at the beginning of the week, Monday-Tuesday. We send out parcel machine plant packages on the first days of the week.
The delivery time of the shipment depends on the parcel company, it is usually 3-7 days. From the moment of receipt of the goods, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
After the shipment is handed over to the parcel company, the Online Store is not responsible for damage to the package.
When using a parcel machine, we ask you to pick up the package as soon as possible so that the plants are not damaged in the parcel machine.
Open the package as soon as possible so that the plants can quickly get air and, if necessary, water, then they will cope better with the transport. The received plants should be kept in suitable conditions until planting, according to the needs of each plant. The bulbs should be planted as soon as possible
Right of withdrawal
According to §53 section 4 point 4 of the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal (including exchange) does not apply to the delivery of a thing that spoils or ages quickly. Therefore, the right of return does not extend to plants purchased from the Online Store.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract and its conclusion, after which you take responsibility for receiving the plants at the agreed time. The Online Store will not compensate for packages left in the parcel machine or not received from the courier and returned to the seller.
If the Online Store mistakenly sends the wrong plants to the customer, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store is not responsible for damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the customer when fulfilling the order, including delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances that the seller was unable to influence.
The Online Store is not responsible for the rooting and growth of plants in a new garden, as this depends on the weather, growing conditions and the activities of the plant grower.
The Online Store responds to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
Dispute resolution
