Quaking grass has delicate branched head of trembling or ‘quaking’ spikelets which are silvery green, later warm beige colour. Its plants are tufted with smooth flat slightly greyish green leaves. The flowering stems grow up to a height of up to 30 cm in June.
Good cut and dry flower.
