Beautiful very tall and architectural Allium with strong stem, fresh green leaves til flowering and inflorescence consisting of dozens of small star-shaped reddish-purple flowers forming a 15 cm across globe-shaped cluster. It remains ornamental in the garden well into summer. Good cut flower in fresh and dried arrangements.
Favorite of bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
