Blue globe onion with true blue colour. It is a stunning ornamental onion with its inflorescence consisting of dozens of small star-shaped bright blue flowers forming a 3 cm wide globe-shaped cluster atop stiff stems and narrow green leaves.
It remains ornamental in the garden well into summer.
Good cut flower in fresh and dried arrangements. Favorite of bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
