Garlic Chives                    (Allium tuberosum) 'Cha Cha'

This Allium is a clump-forming perennial with thin cylindrical grey-green foliage in spring that becomes bright green by mid-summer. It does not flower but instead produces a false inflorescence filled with mini chive leaves, giving it an ornamental and edible use. All plant parts are edible. Very gardy and easy chive for garden flower beds, potager or patio pots.
